Ingredients per strip

• Chromium (as chromium picolinate) — 75 mcg
• Molybdenum (as molybdenum glycinate) — 10 mcg
• Crocus sativus (saffron) — 10 mg

Other ingredients

Pullulan, cellulose, malic acid, sorbitol syrup, lecithin, mixed berry flavor, and steviol glycosides.

How to use

Place one strip on your tongue and allow it to dissolve before swallowing. Take no more than one strip per day.
