Ingredients
Valerian root extract, lavender extract, chamomile extract, hibiscus extract, melatonin, pullulan, cellulose, raspberry flavor, malic acid, xylitol, lecithin, erythritol, sorbitol syrup, medium-chain triglycerides, and steviol glycosides.
How to use
Place one strip on your tongue and allow it to dissolve. Take no more than one strip per day. Use only as directed on the product label.
